#2- Juan Pablo Montoya (Always loved him since his CART days)

Least favorite: Kyle "I am way too cocky" Busch.


Now if Patrick Carpentier can join full time, he'll be my #1

Carpentier does seem like a good guy, from what I've seen of him. He was on Speeds "trackside" show tonight!

His enthusiasm was great, and that smile never left his face. He just seemed glad to be there. Good luck to him this weekend.

I get the feeling we might agree on a lot! After all, I like Kevin Harvick.

These forums make it hard. Things like sarcasm and subtlety can't be properly communicated! I've been on forums like this for about 5 years, and it is still hard at times. You can completely agree with someone, and it just doesn't go across that way!

Don't sweat the bad start between us, I haven't given it a second thought!

Wow... that's a tough one!

My '2nd' favorite would probably be Jeff Burton, because he's a class act.

My least favorite at the moment is Robby Gordon, but it really depends on who I'm pissed at for the moment. Kurt Busch is down there too, as well as JPM and Kyle Busch. I don't have a driver that I hate with every fiber of my being at the moment.

My favorites are Clint Bowyer and Matt Kenseth... and they share the #1 spot. But if somebody pointed a gun to my head and told me to choose, it would probably be Bowyer.

hehe... they're both younger than I am, so what does it matter?

Its just who I've been cheering for more these days... I don't know if its just because I want him to get that first win its driving me crazy, or what. Like I said... they're both my favorites.

Wow... old thread and I need to revise!

#1 spot still shared by Kenseth & Bowyer (and yes, the current Chase positioning is KILLING me!).

#2 still Jeff Burton, for the same reason I listed a year ago.

Now to address the 'leasts' in my list here.

Robby Gordon: Not a least favorite anymore. In fact I'm gaining a lot more respect for him. I'm sure he'll still piss me off, but as long as he doesn't do something completely boneheaded, he's off my 'list'.

Kyle Busch: That's a tough one. Not my least favorite anymore. Like I posted somewhere about a month ago... he's gradually winning me over. He's an incredible driver. Still dangerous, needs to mature, but not my least favorite. Like Robby Gordon, I'm sure he'll continue to piss me off, but as long as he doesn't do something like wreck the entire field by trying a move way too dangerous, I don't see him on my 'list'.

JPM: Now that the media doesn't have their lips firmly planted on his arse like they did last year, he doesn't annoy me as much. He really ticked me off at Daytona, and there's still a JPM voodoo doll on my shelf, just not so many pins.

Kurt Busch: For now, off my list.

NEW LEAST FAVORITE #1: Carl "My aw shucks attitude couldn't be more fake" Edwards. I used to like Carl Edwards. He's part of Roush, and one of Matt's team mates. I like the other Roush team mates too. Thought he was kinda hot when they had that pic of him on the cover of ESPN magazine. He'd say or do something occasionally that didn't sit right with me, but I didn't think anything about it at first.

That's until that incident where he 'threw a punch' at Matt Kenseth last year. He lost a TON of respectability in my eyes. Since then he's managed do say & do several little things that are little nasty-brat type of things, then when he 'apologizes' during an interview, its so fake, with that 'aw shucks' demeanor. Can you shovel it any deeper, Carl? He's the personification of Eddie Haskell. If you've ever watched "Leave it to Beaver" you'd know what I mean.

NEW LEAST FAVORITE #2: Denny Hamlin. Something ain't right with that one. I just can't place what it is.
