In a news article on NASCAR.COM a representative of Dodge says their presence in NASCAR will be different but still strong in 2008. Part of the new presence is expanding their sponsorship to 10 cars, while reducing their image on the current 4 cars. Sounds as if that is their nice way of saying that Evernham hasn't cut the mustard so we will look elsewhere.

actually what they said was they were taking the same money and putting it more places and they had nothing but praise for Ray - he keeps the Dodge Dealers sponsorships, just at a reduced level, same as everyone else.

Essentially they are gonna spread the wealth, and thus opening it up for more sponsors... atleast that's what I gather.
