Well, nobody got 1st & 2nd right on the winners for the Texas Motor Speedway Race.

On the other hand, bevo311evolver got the drivers right but in the reverse order. He picked Kenseth 1st & Kahne 2nd. That's pretty impressive in it's own right.

No outright reward but I'll let you guys make the call. Should we give him the prize, better luck next time, or award a consolation prize?

I vote that we go back about 40 laps before the finish when the 20 and 9 were 1st and 2nd and you have your winner.

But seriously, a consolation prize would be cool for bevo being so close. Something like "mod for a day".

Well you know how these contest things go - they're always followed with - "you can't win if you have won in the last 30 days!" Just razzing you, it's Ross who calls the shots in this contest, heck he's giving us a choice to comment on your prize. Good call, bevo and a well deserved Kudos to Nevadastars. I was making dinner at the end of the race - and missed Kenseth go around Stewart, so at first, I thought You had it but reversed, like bevo. I'm showing my husband everybodies picks, saying "check out Nevadastars - they have the right guys just reversed", and he said, "Kenseth went around Stewart!"

I'm all for the consolation prize ... whatever it might be. Just knowing that you came that close would have been an ego trip for me. My fantasy piks netted me a whomping 126 points. The winner in our group got over 600, so you can only imagine how well I did and who I picked.

Well let's see Tony's been close to winning a lot of em but only has one win. Jimmy has been close to winning a couple championships...but has none. Not to be a stickler but I'd rather see this little contest continue until someone gets it exact. Then again..GOOD CALL!!

Hey everybody, 18 of us joined the contest, but only 8 of us has responded to this. Where is everybody? I think a consolation prize is fair. Nevadastars suggested "mod for a day" and Lefty Noob suggested "first pick in the next contest", both of which could be a good consolation prize, he shouldn't get the $1.7 million prize, that should wait until somebody has it completely right. Ross, when will you make your decision?
