Yea, I dont know why either. I believe the trucks dont count laps under yellow with 10 or less to go as well. So, if the caution comes out with 7 laps to go, all those caution laps dont count. That is cool, because it guarantees a green flag finish.

I am glad to know someone else is not in favor of this lucky dog rule. I think if you fall a lap down then so be it. The guys who work their butts off deserve to stay ahead.
