Thanks guys. As you may or may not know I love this place. Earlier in my surfing days I would find a sports/NASCAR site and it was the constant bickering among the troops. It never took long to get sick of that. There were times it took longer to sign up than it did to quit.

When I found GTG, not very long after it started, I felt that I had found a place that would be informative, interesting, diverse and fun. After having spent about a year and a half here I still see it the same way. It is a well moderated (thankfully) site that is full of opinions but very few in your face attitudes. We've had a few but now they are in their own special category .... gone, never to return.

I have to thank everyone else for the success of the NASCAR forum. Yes I do spend many hours all over GTG but I am not the only one doing that. I am one of many who have helped GTG succeed into one of the premier sports talk sites. Being promoted to Super Mod is an honor for me (are you weepy eyed yet) because it means that someone out there has faith in my abilities.

Thanks to all of you for your efforts and also I give a hooooorah to Simon. He has been a sounding board at various times and shown me some of the secret passage ways within the great GTG domain.

Now go about your business .... oh and a free beer for everyone. I'll take a Molson please.

While I did my best to sound like bears9, please note that I can't do justice to my man bears...whom I have to say, I am proud to be on the GTG 2008 election ticket with...who else but bears9 gives you the always entertaining "Best Player in Sports Competiton"...bears9 for GTG president in 2008!...I of course am running as the VP candidate on this ticket...bears9!...bears9!...bears9!...V V Victory!
