somehow seems appropriate that my 1000th post is a Thank You!

when I joined back in March, my only intent was to give some information that someone requested about my brother's record in NASCAR Grand National (that's what Cup was called back then). but you guys really made me feel welcome and for some strange reason, think of me as an expert in something - I'm not, but I try to learn as much as I need when I need it (and you forced me to go learn a lot!). I've enjoyed every single second of my time on GTG and especially in the NASCAR forums and look forward to a long and pleasurable relationship with the current members, the future members and the staff.

I'll be movin back where I came from in just a few weeks too. My parents are outta their FEMA place they needed after Hurricane Isabel a while ago and doin better, so I'm going back to New Hampshire. Hopefully without any technological complications.
