Re: NASCAR and Hip-Hop?

The odds of seeing a NASCAR driver "Pop Lock and Drop It" on pit road are doubtful..

Re: NASCAR and Hip-Hop?

I hear there's a pretty big rule change in the works that could take effect soon. Minimum 20 inch wheels in all COT races...

I know this question labels me as being diversity challenged but... What the Hell is "Pop Lock and Drop it?" If it has something to do with dog fighting, I'm probably better off being left in the dark.

I actually had to look it up bob, according to the urban dictionary:

pop lock and dropping it refers to a dance move defined in huey's music video/song "pop lock and drop it". for one to pop lock and drop it correctly one must first pop out their left hip, followed by their right hip, then dropping it like its hot..

Urban Dictionary: pop lock & drop it

phrase most commonly associated with urban music industry and young adults. derived from its literal meaning, if an item is 'hot' you 'drop it, colloquially it has come to serve several different purposes. It is often compared to or paired with the phrase 'brush ya shoulders off' and suggestive movement.

describing a person dancing, usually in a provocative manner, dropping their 'booty' toward the floor and rising rythmically.

Hmmm... I guess if that's what kids want to do. I would think that would result in injury somehow.

OK, I think I have it. No, really I don't. But it sounds suspiciously like walking around, holding your pants up by grasping one's crotch firmly, then letting go sas though one's pants are "hot," thus making the suggestive (?) manuver of letting one's pants drop to the floor.

Yeah, I can see Kenny Schrader doing that.
