Now I'm not sayin he wasn't wrong for sayin it... but you have some jackass parent that's part of some organization that says they are gonna sue the tv station cause their child heard a bad word. First off, had it been me that heard that as a child, my dad would have looked at me and said that is an improper word and I better not ever hear you say it. This is the settin trend, instead of this jackass moron bein a parent he expects someone else to parent for him. With this action the child learns that if you don't like what you hear, complain about it and you'll get your way. Parents today expect society to teach their children. Well what do they see, those idiot movie stars who cry cause their life is so hard and that's why they did drugs or drove drunk. Give me a break. Kids today look at people like these that don't except personal responsibility and they follow the trend.

Agree 100%

Re: NASCAR drug testing?

They will be wishing that they did perform drug testing when one of the driver's kills someone and it is discovered that it was due in part to the one who caused the wreck being high on drug's.

PERHAPS Na$car cares more about the all mighty dollar than the driver's safety.

PERHAPS ?????

No question about that. The current France adminitration has made it very evident that this is the goal. Not so with Grandpa.

Re: NASCAR drug testing?

I think Bob brought this up on another thread; Test the pit crews. I would be willing to bet some of those guys are 'juiced'

It depends on who the driver in question is, when it comes to NA$CAR's "concern."

Example: I can name six drivers who have died with very similar injuries (J.D. McDuffie, Neil Bonnett, Rodney Orr, Kenny Irwin Jr, Kyle Petty and Dale Earnhardt Sr.). Add to this two drivers who suffered career-curtailing head injuries (Ernie Irvin, Ricky Craven). Very little was done until one of NASCAR biggest names, got killed. Then, all stops were almost immediately pulled out.

Unfortunately, in NASCAR;s history, it's often been not a question IF someone is seriously injured; it's a question of WHO gets seriously injured.
