A report from ESPN NASCAR Now Insider Marty Smith reports Ginn racing is consider a merjer with multiple race teams the leading condeters in this merjer appar to be DEI and Yates Ginn has two cars driven by Mark Martin and Joe Nemecheck would be great for DEI to mentor Kyle Busch and Martin Truex Jr. and they might acutally help Yates not suck .

It might be a good merger with Yates but .... someone will have to switch manufacturers. Martin became quite successful with the bow tie brand right out of the box. I can't see RYR switching.

DEI maybe but I'm sure whoever it is they will want a good look at the books before bailing out a sinking ship.

DEI just signed an engine deal with RCR, so I can't see them switching from chevy, RYR signed up with ford again so a DEI/RYR deal is not very likely.

ginn has been getting it's motors from HMS and running well, will they give up HMS power to go to DEI/RCR power, YRY hasn't shown much in that dept the last few years. but then beggers can't be choosey either.

yeah, except for a championship (which he claims he's ok without) what hasn't he achieved? might as well pad the wallet while he can .. when that boy moves into the big time, he'll find the wallet going down in regular intervals....
