We shall see. He was in the hauler for over 20 minutes. But then, I guess the powers that be will do what they want.

I'm listening to Sirius as I type, but it is just a call in show, and nothing has been released about the outcome. I'll have to catch some of Victory Lane and Wind Tunnel.

But I don't want them to spoil the NHRA finals, so I may just have to catch the replays of them in the morning!

Whats the big deal about Stewart saying a cuss word? He was defending himself and his fans. I didn't know there was anything wrong with that.

I found nothing wront with it. But you know NASCAR will get him. If they fined Jr, they will fine him.

Also, they fined JPM just for giving the finger. It sucks, but there will be a fine.

I hope he pays it in pennies, like Rusty did in the early 90's!

Remember him bringing a brinks truck with 10K in pennies to the track? That was classic!

I loved it but the Nascar regime will penalize him, "actions detrimental to the sport", whatever. They want everyone to be squeaky clean, i hate that. And it was ESPN so maybe they won't penalize him. Ok, I doubt that last statement.

NASCAR fines these drivers for little things anymore. I wouldn't be surprised if he is slapped with a fine and probation.

With the corporate sponsors in the sport, I think they wouldn't be happy with someone cussing on live TV. They need to let the drivers act the way they want to act, but that won't happen.

It was a good race today, although it seemed like 3/4 of it was under catuion.

I like the way Harvick raced Tony, but I guess he had some aero problem that caused him to fade (wouldn't you know it).

Sorry that I wasn't able to join you guy's for race chat .We went to Pigeon Forge to go to the flea market and then went to eat. I have a cold so I took some Nyquil and when we got back home I watched a lap or two of the race and zonked out from the med's. Woke up just in time to see Tony and the team climb the fence.
