A sad day for ISC, the Corporation that owns 12 NASCAR sanctioned tracks along with MRN Radio and Daytona USA.

Dr. Bruce Kennedy, Husband of ISC president Lesa France-Kennedy has been killed along with 5 others in a plane crash Tuesday morning in Florida.

That's all I know about right now, and it's off the ESPN ticker I happened to catch a glimpse of a minute ago. I'll look for a link.

Wow! I saw the live coverage of the crash on FOX earlier today but had no idea that Kennedy's husband was on board. The article I read states that the Dr. was the pilot and a senior NASCAR aviation caption was in the right seat? That's kind of strange. Maybe the NASCAR pilot was letting the Dr. get some PIC time?

From what I saw on TV they did a number on the house but it looks as though the house was the only dwelling which took a direct hit.

Very sad for all concerned.
