| Wasn't it just a few weeks ago Kyle Busch kept hitting his brakes causing Tony Stewart to hit him from behind several times until Kyle spun his car out causing Stewart to T-bone him. Apparently he tried to wreck Stewart's car a few days before that as well. Then Hamlin, being out in front stops his car right in front of Stewart right in the middle of the race!! I was thinking to myself "Hamlin you're in the #1 position why did you stop you car right in front of your team mate Tony Stewart?" Apparently Hamlin tried to wreck Stewart's car a few days before that as well. Hopefully Tony Stewart sits this Hamlin down and explains to him what being a team player is all about. Just because Hamlin just won in NH and was in the lead in this race doesn't give him the right to stop his car and expect 43 other drivers to go around him! Kyle Busch and Denny Hamlin are obviously a couple of "bad apples". I believe there may be a conspiracy to keep Tony Stewart from winning. I'm not sure if it goes all the way up to NASCAR managment and the other owners. What should happen in the next race is Tony Stweart should be allowed to run the race by himself. Then after that, the other drivers race. If Tony Stewart beats the time, then we know he's the winner and that the other drivers are out to get him!

Re: Why do drivers keep getting in front of Stewart and then slam on their brakes? If I recall during the interview Tony said that Denny stopped right in the middle of the track. I cannot imagine what Denny was thinking stopping right in the middle of the race. Did he call a time out that I missed ?

Re: Why do drivers keep getting in front of Stewart and then slam on their brakes? I heard in a NASCAR chat room that Denny moved in to Tony's house and married his wife, then pasted pictures of his face over Tony's in all the family photos. Do you think that's true? Apparently Denny let's Kyle drive Tony's Hummer around town.

Re: Why do drivers keep getting in front of Stewart and then slam on their brakes? No brakes on any of Tony's cars.

Re: Why do drivers keep getting in front of Stewart and then slam on their brakes? I heard NASCAR is making Tony's crew chief lash down old tires to the front, rear, and sides of his car for the next race.

Re: Why do drivers keep getting in front of Stewart and then slam on their brakes? Tony's new test track is at the local carnival ... the bumper cars !!!

Re: Why do drivers keep getting in front of Stewart and then slam on their brakes? It seems to me like that's just Tony's universal excuse for causing a wreck, but we will never know because Tony will always say they got on the brakes, everyone else will say "did not".

Re: Why do drivers keep getting in front of Stewart and then slam on their brakes? I would guess that the in car telemetry (?) would be able to verify as to who did what. No question that Tony hit him but the question is did Denny let up or did he even touch the brakes

Re: Why do drivers keep getting in front of Stewart and then slam on their brakes? This poster is right, what I dont understand is Hamlin wasn't blocking Stewart by any means, so why didn't Stewart go around him on the outside instead of trying to drive through him, I think Johnson said somthing last year when Vickers wrecked him for the win that applies to Stewart here "He had a good run, he just ran out of talent"....
