When Earnhardt was killed I kinda fell to the side of RCR and harvick.

I can see harvick's concearn with performance, but that is coming around now.

also rumor has it that toyota wants Harvick, which I'm sure would mean big bucks.Harvick and childress both say the money is not an issue.

if Harvick goes to toyota, who will be in the goodwrech seat.

maybe Burton, there are issues with AT&T buying Cingular and the NEXTEL
sponsorship of Nascar.

maybe burton in the #3 goodwrench car ???

I think that Harvick will switch to Toyota! Burton in the Good wrench car - possibly, but it won't be the # 3! I think the # 3 will be held until JR. is ready to go race for Childress.

you know I hear alot about jr. coming to race for RCR and I'm sure millions would love to see him in the #3 car.
but doesn't jr. have any owner ship in DEI, or does Treasa own it all and jr. is, is just a contarcted driver.

I heard JR. in an interview (sorry can't place the interview) say when he finished doing what he wants to accomplish at DEI, he would race for Childress. I'm not for sure on the "owner/contracted" issue, I thought that he had some sort of "ownership." Actually found the article, go to nascar.com, in the search space, type in "Jr. to drive for Childress", article came up dated 1/27/6

My opinion ... Harvick will jet once Toyota is ready for him. It's a done deal kids, done deal! Id expect to see Burton move to the 29 .. or even possibly Bowyer. Not sure who'd they would get to run the 3rd car .. id LOVE to see Ward in a car for a year until they found a permenant replacement.

And for Jr in the #3 ... being a Sr and Jr fan .. id love to see it .. but we wont see it for another 5..6 ..7 years. it will be in the last year or two of Jrs career.

Little sources i have =] hehe. i have a friend who works for RCR .. and she has said its a done deal .. but neither side has said its a done deal .. but in all their eyes, harvick ISNT coming back ... unless he wins the title of course.

No big loss in my eyes. Harvick has become an arrogant punk. I used to like him his first couple of years with Childress, but lately he is doing his driving with his mouth. He has become too cocky for his own good, and went way overboard with the Kurt Busch thing. He was gloating in the attention. Not very professional. I'm not taking anything away from his abiltity to wheel a racecar, he just needs to come back down to earth and get off his pedestal.

yes I agree to if he was winning races is one thing, but as of lately he has nothing to be cocky about.

I really liked him when he was an aggressive driver, but after nascar clipped he wings it's been kinda hohum.although I still like to see him do well.

I like when the driver talk smack, I get tired of the car was good sponsor, we were waiting just riding sponsor,we'll get them next week sponsor.sponsor sponsor.

Very true, oncea3fan. Junior never talks about Bud, just his car. I like his interviews because it's just about the race. Nothing like, "our Lowes, Pepsi, Gatorade, oh, I'd like to thank all the Lowe's associates, Chevy Montecarlo with Goodyear tires, was really good today".

the thing with jr, that turned me away is that the media jamed him down our thoarts like he was the greatest even after SR. was killed, at that point he hadn't proved much to me, atleast not comparedto his dad.

so I probably don't give jr. the credit I should....

man, another disagreement .. we havent gotten off to a good note. something to remember .. mmkay .. jr is NOT his dad .. and no one should compare him him to his dad. he is his own person, so to think he is going to win 7 championships is absurd.
