today Brian Vickers (#83 Red Bull Toyota) Last year was # 25 in hendrick motorsports failed inspection and was sent home................last week jimmie johnson and gordon failed inspection and still got 2 race.

My records, which are official NASCAR records (NASCAR 2007 Preview and Press Guide) show Brian Vickers finishing last year in 15th place with 36 starts. Just exactly which race was he sent home from? I remember the #25 getting caught for an inspection violation but Vickers never went home. The last driver to get booted from a race was Kurt Busch in 2005 and that was by his team owner, not NASCAR. NASCAR hasn't the stomach to sent any Cup driver home (ref: Kurt Busch), short of said driver being caught in bed with either a live boy or a dead girl.

CTS drivers is another matter completely (Ref: Ted Musgrave).

For what it's worth, don't you think "Hate" is a rather strong word to use to reference someone who you probably don't know on a personal level and has probably done nothing to you? Just a tip, if you don't mind.

The term that was removed is the word I was referring to as offensive. I have no problem with your hatred of Gordon and Johnson. I won't tell you what to say and you won't tell me what I find offensive, fair enough? What is the cause of your total and complete dislike of J&J? You are in the company of many, that's for sure. Any one particular event that made you froth at the mouth or is it just a general dislike for whatever reason? I'm always curious as to what fuels such viscous emotion over a race car driver.

i have alot of depression and ocd types and anger, nascar is a big thing in my life, i take it serciously. it is 1 of the few things i enjoy.

about the playing favorites: if Brian was sent home today as the article says, it was because he failed inspection AFTER qualifying which made his time invalid and because he is not in the top 35 in owner points, he has no "provisional" to fall back on.

not the same as the Hendrick boys last week.

I don't know about the live boy part, but being caught in bed with a dead girl will get you 10 to 20 years.

As for "Hate" you would have to know the person to hate them, seems to me. I personally had a great dislike for Dale Earnhardt, on the track, but we were friends, now as for Teresa, that's the only person in NASCAR that I ""HATE"", Will not tell you the reason thou, I might say something that I would regret later.
