| Re: Penalties May Be The Same ... Interesting discussion. The standout point I see is, are the penalties fair ? Comparing the loss of positions versus no loss of positions seem somewhat null and void. When you decide on a penalty I don't think you can factor in the effect it might have. The speeding ticket example was good. Obviously the millionaire suffers far less than the average Joe, but that is not the fault of the system. The only way the governing body should view this issue is 1.) what did they do wrong and 2.) what is the penalty for it ?? The effect can never be calculated when rules are made because you never know just what effect it will have. Now if you want to change the penalty itself then that is yet another issue. Simply dropping someone 2 positions for a violation may work. I must admit that I do like the idea of a loss of bonus points for the chase. If those two lost their 40 chase points that might have a larger effect on them. You have to consider that not everyone gets bonus points so that couldn't be a penalty that could be universally applied.

| Re: Penalties May Be The Same ... My mistake Ducky !!!! 96 hot humid degrees here today. Drove 80 miles to attend an uncles burial. Stood out in the hot sun and further cooked the aging gray matter. My apologies. |
