If this pans out, it won't mean a thing. It was just last year that DJ qualified for a race NASCAR said that all parts on the car was legal.... then on race day just before the race the became illegal and DJ was fined his crew chief in hotwater and all the Hendrick crowd(especially Knaus) lettin their Mockingbird mouths overload their Hummingbird A$$es. Hendrick fans are just in an uproar cause it happened to them.

I think this might be the problem with NASCAR not allowing CUP Raiders in BGN. Preventing them from racing in Cup Lite would be depriving them of the ability to earn money, it might be an infringement of Right to Work Laws?

Thoughts? I don't know for sure.
it's easy enough to give an "either - or" ultimatum: either sit in the trailer or turn in your NASCAR license and be banned for further membership.

doesn't stop the cheating, but methinks they'll get tired of sitting in a motel room down the street staring at the TV and laptop and talking on their bluetooth equipped cell phone to the guys in the pits...

I think NA$CAR can make a case that they're purging the "riff-raff" from their membership roles... 'course they'd have to "purge the felon" first...

I'm no engineer by any stretch, but the "written" rules, grey or not, were pretty clear to me! Don't mess with the car! What could be any clearer?

HMS would serve themselves better to just take it and shut the hell up. Didn't hurt them anyway. That's part of the problem.
