my first taste of it was while hitchhiking with a buddy (in our sailor uniforms) thru Alabama one night in '63 on our way to Atlanta and the guy who picked us up had a big pickle jar in a paper bag on the floor of his pickup. we passed that jar around for a while .... That would be the unregulated .... as far as not remembering anything.... been there done that, and according to my friends I had a good time.
