Kentucky Winner

Steve Liecht wins in Kentucky tonight. Carl Edwards finished in 33rd about 19 laps down. This is his first Busch win. Brad Coleman finished 2nd, a career best for him.

Was a good race and glad to see a Busch driver win it.

Me too! That was a great thing to see! It was a moving scene in Victory lane as well, with Colemans father even joining in the celebration!

I hope this starts a trend!

Re: Kentucky Winner

I do too. I'm so tired of seeing the cup drivers win it.I like Carl and all but I was kinda glad to see him out of it. Gave a Busch driver a better chance.

Re: Kentucky Winner

Not only did a Busch regular win. A part time Busch driver finished 2nd.

Re: Kentucky Winner

And for once it wasn't but what, 4 full time cup drivers in the top 10. I wish they would race trucks and busch at one track and cup at another one.

Re: Kentucky Winner

Obviously the easy solution is to not hold the Busch race and the cup race in the same location.

It was really good to see a Busch driver win, although Edwards did lead a lot of the race.

Re: Kentucky Winner

Good Win For Stephen, But More Importantly, A Good Win For Ryr. They Needed This. That Car Was Stout, Especially Out Front. Ryr Can Learn From The Win That If You Give A Talented Kid Seat And Track Time, In A Good Car, This Is What You Get. Time To Move David Down To Get This Valuable Experience. Not Ready For Cup!

Guess this was actually more like a Busch race than a Cup-Lite.

I don't know if you saw the race but remember the name, Brad Coleman. We'll be hearing this name for years to come.
