Wonder about that caution for "debris" after Little Jeffie Gordon blew a tire. Anyone watch Wind Tunnel last nite with Robby Gordon and his comment regarding special treatment? Even the drivers feel that way. Go Tony!!! |

| Re: Martinsville Race Special treatment ???? Now lets be real here. Jeff isn't the only one who gets special treatment. When they did nothing to Stewart for his on track antics at Daytona ... what do you call that? Obviously (as everyone knows) I'm no Stewart fan. I'm not Gordon fan either. I will agree that there is preferential treatment given to the "superstars" but show me a sport that it doesn't happen that way. In basketball it is always the rookie that the fouls are called on ... never the veteran players. NASCAR is just following suit. It was almost pitiful the way Tony talked at his post race inteview. He sounded like one of the nicest drivers in the series. |

| Re: Martinsville Race I was just listening to a show on the XM radio Nascar station and there were a couple of callers who also mentioned the quick flag. One guy was saying, near the end of the race, someone (I can't remember who) else got a flat, and had to limp to the pits with no flag. Either way, that was a very quick flag espescially since he didnt hit anything, and was up out of the groove. How many times have you seen guys with tire problems, trying like crazy to get down on the bottom so they can pit and a flag never comes out? Happens all the time, except for certain people. Naw, there's no favoritism in Nascar. |
