| Re: After the crash, by Mr. Mouth Thunder, I wholeheartedly agree with your statements regarding Stewart and Gilliland. But I must ask, what do you do for a living that makes you hate working on Chrysler products? Personally, I will take working on ANY Chrysler product over a GM and most Fords. |

You KNOW that I'm behind you all the way on this!! I didn't see yesterdays race either, but Stewart did say that "he came across the front of his hood in yesterdays race" and that's what the ''supposed'' payback is for, ok, what was the reason that he was coming across the front of Stewarts car that he supposedly needed to pay him back? The only reason I can think is he thinks that Gilliland thinks Stewart wrecked him yesterday or Stewart has a guilty conscience from yesterday. I saw the same replay as you, to bad they didn't show Stewart that replay instead of the one of the wreck behind him, but I'm sure he would have still just spewed out some kind of nonsense. |

| Re: After the crash, by Mr. Mouth those are the kinds of coments tony says that really get me frustrated. he thinks the whole world is out to get him EVERY time he is wrecked. I understand that he worked incredibly hard all race and was angry he was taken out after the catuion, but it still seems like it happens every week. He's always questioning drivers abilities and looking down on every rookie that cuts him off. He's always complaining about "give and take" when, as i recall, in his early years seemed to be wrecking cars and throwing helmets. Oh yeah, and is he the only driver that nascar ever made take anger management? after winning the championship? So as you can tell the subject of stewart really gets me going! P.S. Is tony the only driver forced to take anger management? just wondering... |

| Re: After the crash, by Mr. Mouth Tony is a hell of a driver, but he is one of .. if not the BIGGEST whiner in the garage area. Who can recall when he dumped Matt Kenseth at Daytona? Who saw the Busch race where Tony was overly agressive on two occasions wrecking two cars? Kyle got wrecked on the straightaway for pete's sake! I aint no Kyle fan, but I would have to say that Tony's front bumper had alot to do with that crash. I am confused about Tony, I love to watch him race, but he acts like he is perfect and the 'victim'. I disagree.... |

| Re: After the crash, by Mr. Mouth I would give a years pay to see that one. As I recall didnt DW get the whine award for a few years there? I like it when one is absolutly honest. Like when Dale Sr. said "I just wanted to rattle his cage". How many honest comments come from the mouth of a driver right after a race, when controversy reigns? |

It makes you wonder...with Stewart seemingly self-destructing in front of our eyes. Will he ever be able to focus and stay calm enough to win another championship? I personally hope not, but I think if he can start a season with a win at Daytona, he'll be on track to win another championship. |

| Re: After the crash, by Mr. Mouth Lefturn, I'm in the same boat... Tony's one hell of a driver... when he stays focused. But once things start not going his way, his frustration makes him do stupid things. Good example of that is his little to-do with JPM a couple weeks ago. The guy needs to do some relaxation techniques, meditate, something to cool down. He's letting his emotions take over WAY too much. Funny thing is he put both of my favorite drivers (Kenseth & Bowyer) in a wreck of some kind last year, yet I don't hate him.

| Re: After the crash, by Mr. Mouth He is a very good driver. It's his attitude that's bad. Of course I think he handled himself pretty good in the interview after the race. He didn't say no where near what I figured he would. And who can blame him for being upset? Most every driver I've seen get wrecked on the last lap is upset and will say something. I don't see where Tony did any different than most other drivers in that situation. |
