That's the bulk of it, though if anyone's
really interested there are some other things involved - we can move posts from one forum to another if someone puts them in the wrong place, we can merge or seperate them, and in some of the forums there are news threads that we edit and make public to spur on discussions. They're clearly not needed here, though (27k posts and counting). There's probably some stuff I'm leaving out, but...
