The way he took it just make it seems like he was drunk. From the information I have read, there is really no evidence to say he was drunk or not, but I think he was. That's just my opinion.

I totally agree with your thought that there is no evidence and that alone will more than likely be what beats the system. My point is that if you could see the truth and could look at 100 cases that were just like this one ... most would show that there was something like drugs or alcohol involved. This is just one of the reasons why people pay a lawyer mega bucks to stay free from guilt.

Lets be honest here... who hasn't got drunk in their lifetime? Everyone does. Sometimes it ends up safely, sometimes it dosen't. In this situation, it didn't. I've said this too many times, if you get too drunk, just take a ride home and don't risk driving. Waltrip was obviously too drunk to realise what he was doing. If he wasn't drunk, he wouldn't have even wrecked his car, and this story would be nothing.

Well, when he actually makes a race, he wrecks his car, so apparently he must be drunk on the track!!
