Re: Next For NASCAR

Mini-vans would be interesting, especially aerodynamically.

LOL. Better be careful with both the #44 and #11 also. Don't want any equipment or packages all over the track. Now THAT would be a major cleanup!

Next for NASCAR... introduce the ladies!! Now you try and govern that!!!

Yes, the ladies drive cars in LMSC... shoot, Indie racing is feeling the pressure, and at least one female is doing great!!

Can ya handle it in NASCAR...?

Wow... that really would cause a testosterone raincheck!

Re: Next For NASCAR

Ahhhh... its just the 'possibility' that change is in the air.... with the COT taking the individuality out of the bump and draft, do you really think a female "tried to be fair" couldnt make it...? Shoot... ya tried to beat a lady to a parking space at Walmart!!?

Historical Note:

It was already tried, back in...? 1963 or 1954. They ran stock blocks in Big Cars (the cars they ran at Indy at the time). Buck Baker was the champion of the series the only year they ran it. It flopped and failed miserably.

Maybe it was an idea ahead of its time, but maybe that time has come? Naaah. The Family France'd just buy the IRL Series.

Re: Next For NASCAR

I think NASCAR should continue to develop aerodynamics, competition, and safety on the existing "cars" ... period.

I'd like to say, "Make 'em go faster", but the restrictor-plate races prevent that!

I don't follow the trucks, and I certainly wouldn't follow mini-vans or tanks.

Indy, which used to be a great series, s*cks now because "they" messed with it!

Once again, I agree with Bob.

Why mess with a good thing?
