| Re: NASCAR Fantasy League Pit Stall Texas Motor Speedway Fantasy Pit Stall. Facts about the track: Texas Motor Speedway is an Intermediate or in other terms it is a cookie cutter. Fort Worth,Texas 1.5 mile quad-oval Banking/Turns: 24* Banking/Straightaways: 5* FANTASY STALL Looking at Checkers:Tony Stewart Pretty Solid Picks: Carl Edwards or Kasey Khane Good Sleeper: Casey Mears Runs on Seven Cylinders: Brian Vickers Insider Tip: While racing has improved a lot here, it's still very aero-dependent. KEEP AN EYE ON... Clint Bowyer: In only his second Cup start at TMS. Bowyer posted a strong fifth-place run. Plus, I believe he's one of the few drivers who could actually look cool wearing that Stetson in Victory Lane. Denny Hamlin: He ran fourth here in the first race last year and 1oth in the fall. Plus, he has Tony Stewart to bounce ideas off of. Jimmie Johnson: A Hendrick machine has gone to Victory Lane only once at Texas-in 1999 with Terry Labonte-but J.J. has three top-5 runs in the last four TMS events. And besides being one of the best drivers out there, he should be expected to win on any give week. Martin Truex Jr.: In three starts. Truex has finished on the lead lap and inside the top 15 every race. In the 12-race history at Texas, there has never been a multiple winner. Seven different Fords, three different Chevrolets and two different Dodges have taken the checkers at the 1.5-mile intermediate track in Forth Worth, which hosted an annual spring race from 1997-2004 before adding a second fall race in 2005. Tony Stewart led 278-of-339 laps on his way to his first win in November 2006. Now, the Lone Star State's most recent champ looks to become the first multiple winner, as well as the first driver to take back-to-back checkers at Texas. In his last three races, Stewart has finished first, third and sixth, while leading a total of 392 laps during the stretch. Stewart is followed closely on the list of Teaxs favorites by Matt Kenseth, who was been Mr. Cinsistency at this track. Kenseth won in 2002, then finished sixth on '04, third in November '05 and second in April Last Year. Kenseth is one of five drivers who has completed all 1,341 total laps in eeach of the pervious four races. Past winner Kasey Khane, Carl Edward and Greg Biffle all have a legit shot at winning again. As is the case with Kenseth, both Edwards and Biffle have a advantage of the Roush Fenway aero package which should out them in clean air at the fornt of the pack for the two Fort Worth races in 2007. Casey Mears knows his way around this track, and he'll be doing it in a Hendrick-prepared racecar this season. Throw out last spring's 14th-place anomaly and Mears has averaged a 5.5-place finish at Texas since 2004. April 2006 Results: Winner: Kasey Khane Pole: Kasey Khane |

| Re: NASCAR Fantasy League Pit Stall Feel free to wirte back or comment. If you want to know how great I am on giving you the right information or I am right about the winner. I was a champion last year on my Nascar Fantasy League and this year I am not doing it this year. I gave my cousin my Nascar Fantasy Team I am helping my cousin this year. So far we are are 5-1. We lost the first race this year because I told him to pick Mark Martin. We were about to win and then Kevin Harvick came out of no where and won the Daytona 500. So we lost that one but since then we haven't lost any other races this season. I hope we keep up this winning because the League my cousin is in so far he is leading both points standing. He is leading the points for the season so far and he is aslo leading Rookie of the year standings. So I got an e-mail from the league yeaterday and they were saying if my cousin can lead both points for the hole year. He will make history in this league by winning the championship and Rookie of the year. So I hope he can do that. With my help I think he will win a championship and rookie of the year. I came close to ding that my rookie year but I lost the last for 12 races of the season and I took a big hit in points. But I still won Rookie of the Year. Then the following year I won the Championship. S I think I told you everything you need to know about my Fantasy League history. Thi site I did my league on was a site that my friend made. I can't tell any one the site because it is only for his friends and family to be on. So I am sorry that I can't tell you the site. Thank you for your time and God Bless. |
