It was a boxy, little thing, almost perfectly square from and a flat, vertial rear window. It had the same general wheelbase as the Buick Regal and the Cutlass. The reason you probably don't remember it was that the only driver who ever drove one was Buddy Arrington. Driving a Mirada in '81 put you in about the same position as if you were to get NASCAR to put a Hummer H2 on its approved list and you drove it at Taladega.
