At who's gas stations, Sunoco's or Shell's???

Sorry, but one company cannot tell a competitor what they can or cannot advertise at their own outlets.

Now, if Shell's poster of Harvick includes a Sunoco logo, they can sue to have their logo removed from the poster.

Surely Sunoco is bright enough to remove any Harvick posters at it's own station without a lawsuit... But then that's an internal problem, nothing to do with either Harvick or Shell.

Can't imagine any other reason for such a suit.

Oh my God, not another reality show!!!! The number of reality shows that I watch is: NONE!!!! I can't stand them, there is nothing real about them.
