Let's face it, you know that most fans are under the influence. Some more than others. Arriving at Loudon at 7:00 a.m., the crowd in the parking lot is already smashed. By the time the race is over, some people are completely out of control.

I'm also not a Jeffie-poo fan, but would never throw anything at him or on the track. No wonder people who don't understand racing think we are all rednecks. I don't remember exactly what Jeff did to cause such a response from the fans, but I was shocked when the trash was thrown.

I remember a race that Sr. won the season before he was killed. I don't remember what he did, but when he got out of the car, he was boo'd. Cheer or boo, I don't care, but throwing trash on the track is just crazy.

Thanks to all who advised the staff about what was an inappropriate post. Actions have been taken and hopefully the issue will be resolved with some simple pointing out of the rules. As always thanks to any and all who got involved and once again replying to those types of posts only encourage more of the same. Being passionate about a driver can be good but there is a line. When you cross it you'll be coming to the GTG NA$CAR trailer with brews in hand to cover the fines & penalties !!!

That race when he was booed might be the 98 or 99 Bristol night race, when he wrecked the Iceman! I think he seemed shocked to hear the boos, and i think it was because Terry was a pretty classy driver!

And to back up how the others feel, there should never be anything thrown on the track. That incident in 'Dega was an embarrassment to every sensible racing fan out there!

I hope we never see something like that again, anywhere.
