I've had enough of that, and I'm sure everyone else here has also.
Naaa ... I wasn't emotional at all ... just being silly.

In the short time I've been a member of GTG, I've also had enough of the Jr. vs. Gordon banter. "We" are just as bad as the media, aren't we?

I better be careful, or Mr. Moderator will be dragging me to the hauler!

I know. It gets tiring. Especially to me since I have been through it since September 2006....

Generally trips to the GTG hauler involve severe penalties that are in the form of brown bottle payments, unless of course I feel like Miller High Life.

Re: UAW 400 Staring Grid

That was the craziest qualifying ever. I've never seen so many wrecks. The cars were driving on ice out there. Then to top it off the sun goes down and the times drop by 1/2 a second. I feel bad for all the guys that had to go early, they got screwed.

I look at the keg penalty as more of a summer weather penalty. Still plenty of snow on the ground up here in the great North East. In the summer I can have more friends over while I'm playing trash can golf in the backyard. Thats another sport for another forum !!! It does require beer. Naturally I'll be studying the rule book all the time I'm ingesting the penalties.

.............Fore !!!!

Uh, LSC, kegs are a year round penalty!! As far as the snow, nothing beats an ice cold beer after some back breaking shoveling!! How about a snow shoveling party to invite all your friends to join?!?

God invented Briggs & Stratton and two stage snowblowers for a reason. You're all welcome to stop by and shovel anytime your pee pickin' little hearts so desire.

I can and am very willing to do kegs. Not sure when I was last involved in a kegger, but there has never been one I didn't enjoy. Some I don't recall totally but I'm sure for the most part I enjoyed it.

I'm a card carrying member for that statement. Although my brother has me beat with his story about the Enterprise at one of it's many ports.

I'm not going to admit to any of my Naval experiences here. The Enterprise is CVN-65 ... I was on the CVA-19. That was a few years ago. Recall that one Bob ??
