Thanks Clutch, for the info on contacting this law maker.

However, he was interviewed by David Poole on SISIUS' Morning Drive show Tuesday morning and it was quite the interview.

This guy shucks, jives and dodges so much he MUST have lettered in dodge ball in college! He denied categorically making the statements about NASCAR fans having two junk cars in their front yards and being ruthless lawbreakers and poor neighbors. However, he never got around to saying exactly what he said or how his statements could have been so misconstrued. He went on to tell David how his earliest heroes were race drivers but he never managed to name one of them. He regaled the audience of how deep his interest was in automobiles but I seriously doubt if he could tell the difference between a harmonic balancer from a muskrat trap.
The single bit of sense he made was that ISC wants to stick the residents of the proposed track area with a huge bill for infrastructure and general improvements relating to the track.
To sum it all up, this kat came off, to me anyway, just like your typical bottom-feeding politician who can talk on and on and on and on an.... and manage to say virtually nothing.
To anyone who may want to contact him, my guess would be that if you aren't one of his constituents, you'll be completely ignored. If you are, he "might" have one of his flunkys send you a form letter response.

He should have just came out and apoligized for his stupid comments, not trying to cover them up by telling lies.

Michaelo, I can sum up the reason why he did not do so in one, single word: P-O-L-I-T-I-C-I-A-N.

Have you EVER (I mean E-V-E-R) heard a politician, when asked a question which required only a simple "Yes," or "no," ever do so? They will NEVER allow themselves to be pinned down to a simple position but rather shuck and jive their way into a defensive posture.

Politicians are absolute bottom feeders on whom open season might well be declared.

Yep. When it comes to politicians, most of the stuff is lies. So you really can't be surprised.

When I talk about politicians I never kid around nor give out a barrel of crap. Ever wondered where a senator or rep gets their pay? Sure, they tax the crap out of us, and then vote for a pay raise while they have their hand out behind their back.

Re: Nascar In Washington State

As for NASCAR fans being poor he obiviously has not bought a ticket or concessions at a race lately, and even worse he has not taken the time to see how many millions are feed into the local economy on a race weekend.

Want to find out how many fans Washington has? Just black out race coverage and see what the response would be.

To all the fans from Waashington on this forum I would like to say I'm sorry that someone from your home state made such remarks, I know that there are thousands of fans in Washington and have never met anyone from Washington that treated me badly.

I HATE POLITICIANS. The last time I had a politician at my door.. my shotgun asked him to leave(I didn't shoot, I just pulled it out when he wouldn't leave after I asked him to).

We put a sign on our door that states we know who we are voting for and I've already got a God !!! Trying to keep them both away from our door. Also in the winter we do not shovel the snow on the front walk. Make 'em work to read the notice !!!

There's an idea. We are about to close on a house in the next few days... I have a few summertime tricks from my family that could be very useful.

Re: Nascar In Washington State

That reminds me, just as the first Gulf war was building up and our fearless leader, was calling up all who had just gotten out of the military, or reserve to come back in. I had just come home from work at the "Lazy B" (Boeing Aerospace) And a Navy recruiter was just stepping off my front porch. "Because you have a critical rateing, we would like to extend to you an offer of a re-enlistment bonus of 16 thousand dollars for 4 more years of active duty." I had just gotten out after serving 8 wonderful years. Seeing a golden opportunity to have some fun. I asked him to come on in. Broke out two cold ones I asked "Want to get drunk, smoke some dope and have some great sex?" He couldnt get out the door fast enough. He gave me a reenlistment code R.E.5 and havent heard from them since.
