| Re: NASCAR Nextel Cup Points Standing It is still early in "season", I think there is going to be alot of shaking up happening. Watch out fors: Sadler - I think he will come up in the points, D.J. - will be up in the top 10, also, and Burton, he hasn't been running like this for quite some time. Others will change too, but that's my thoughts at present time. |

| Re: NASCAR Nextel Cup Points Standing I, of course, hope you're right about Elliott Sadler, TY. His strong tracks are at the beginning of the season, though, and then they get tougher for him. He's been pretty consistant so far, but not stellar like he's going to need to be. Maybe he's pacing himself this year? I hope a Rookie can make the chase this year. They are a big and talented group, so hopefully one of them will make the show.

| Re: NASCAR Nextel Cup Points Standing Just thought I'd update this through 3/26: 1. J. Johnson Leader 2. K. Kahne -50 3. M. Kenseth -78 4. M. Martin -90 5. C. Mears -136 6. J. Gordon -151 7. D. Earnhardt Jr. -156 8. K. Busch -160 9. D. Jarrett -200 10. C. Bowyer -219 Definitely kudos to Martin and Johnson who are off to a great start. But I think we've all got to keep an eye on Gordon and Junior sitting at #6 and #7 after pretty poor starts. Once they get hot, I wouldn't be surprised to see both in the top 3. |
