I dont see a REAL reason for it in racing since the amount of fuel they use is minisucle in the big picture. It's just another way to force the teams to spend more $$ on developing engines that will hold up without lead as a top end lubricant. But these teams mostly have massive budgets, and they'll figure it out quickly, if not already.

They showed them in the Busch race last night. She didn't have the hat on. She was all purttied up for the Callifornia show.

They showed them during the Busch race yesterday, and Delana was not wearing a hat before the anthem. It did not show them during the anthem though.
