I don't really understand how these forums work. How does someone be a monitor? Does everything that gets posted go through somehow first? Does someone have to be there 24 hours a day? Are you really paid?

Troll .. you're right. They do make themselves easy targets.

WardFan ... no I'm not paid but I do kid about it. 99% of posts are not checked before they get to your eyes. There is some software that catches certain things in posts and prevents them from being viewed by all. The job of moderator isn't to difficult. Obviously if I can do it most anyone can. My big plus is that I have plenty of time to get on at various times just to monitor what is posted. Retirement does have its benefits !!!
