ROFL! That's hilarious. Good thing he's not Miss USA or Trump would be stripping him of his title

Very true but it would be a good idea to do it prior to fighting for majority rights to a large company !!!

I'm sure I've got more than one of those pictures somewhere.

Re: NASCAR's Newest Business Genius

Everybody has those kinds of pictures. But when a person becomes famous or infamous depending on your perspective suddenly these things are not allowed.

Its a good thing I aint famous, because I would be all over the tabloids each week with yet another picture of me making an a$$ of myself.

re: "The Picture"

With the "magic" of digital photography alteration, ya can't even count on the fact that this picture is "real".

Re: NASCAR's Newest Business Genius

I think the point missing from this thread so far is: DEI was Jr's dads company. Fathers wanting their sons to take over the family business (if the son is interested come Dads retirement time) is almost standard practice. I believe this is the point Jr is trying to make. Now you can argue whether he has any more right to it than Kerry, or Kelly or Taylor, but him wanting to take over dads business is not that off the wall.

I really think he should leave DEI and Gordo leave Hendrick, and start their own operation together. Then fans would by default have to find someone else to hate other than the #24!

So basically Dale Sr. messed up by not having his will read that way or maybe Dad didn't want his kids to take over the business. A lot of possible scenerios but at this point in time it belongs to Teresa and will remain that way until she wants to do something different with it.

Re: NASCAR's Newest Business Genius

I believe Treasa is the one who biult DEI, if you read about Dale sr. early carreer, he was taken advantage of by owners.
treasa was the brains behind it all, she was also the listed owner of DEI, incase something happened to Dale sr.

Now I wonder who was blamed for sending Jr. away to milatary school.
is Teresa view has the evil step mother by her step children.

Jr. doen't have to worry about money, this is with out a doubt a power trip. although he is DEI 's main beam, if he were to leave do you think the eurings will follow or stay behind and hope paul menard can carry them.
point is that Jr. team for what ever reason is the only one to perform.
that gives him leverage. now Kelly went away to college and anin't no dummy, she see's jr. as that beam and her job has his manager is to get everything she can for him.
I could see a contract where Jr. has full say over the #8 team and and multi-year steping stone to full ownership. but then again Treasa came from a racing family and was always at the track, that how she met Dale sr. she might not be ready to step away from the sport she grew up in.

so many questions yet to be answered ??????????????????????
