Did anyone see the position drawlings.

I didn't but I heard that the helper girl pointed out several times which bottle she thought was the pole, no one choose it til the end when Toyotas Dale jerrett picked it.

then it was oh oh Toyotas first race and thier on the pole..........Big news huh???

Yup, for the first time in NASCAR a Toyota is on the pole.

I am not one who is 'brand loyal'. The big three are in deep trouble (Chrystler announcing thousands of layoffs yesterday) and they better be feeling the heat.

The term win on Sunday, sell on Monday could soon see an increase in 'Camry' sales. I think the sport should be open to any manufacturer that wants to participate. It may be a North American sport, but we live in a global Economy. If a Yugo could fit the template, then I say let it race.

As for the Girl. She pointed the bottle out first to Mark Martin, who picked a different one after she said 'Take that one'. She also told Schrader to pick one of the last two bottles .. the one Schrader had was 16th start, she talked him into taking the other one and he will start 7th.

I saw it. It was pretty funny when the Speed Girl pointed out the pole. Kenny Wallace interviewed her and asked "How's it feel to be starting on the... front row." and she replied "It feels amazing."

Well, unfortunately I'm gonna miss it. My brother just called me, apparently his transmission broke in some way, I gotta go get him. There's a slight chance I'll catch the tail end. What are the odds, the first real racin of the year and my brother has to break his damn truck. but I'm glad to help him out though.
