I know the team is on an upswing, but it takes more ALOT more than just having a good driver, they dont have the same chance as winning as Gordon, Harvick or alot of teams, because it is proven, by the number of wins that these guys have vs. PE, Bobby could be the best driver to ever live, but if your in bad equipment it wont matter! Am I saying their way off, probably not, but they certainly aren't with the likes of HMS, Gibbs, or Roush!

I've been real hard and critical of PE this year. I felt this was his make or break year and was hoping for a win or two already. PE has talked and talked about how they were making big strides to compete this year, but I really didn't see it. I was really questioning if they had the resources. I am ready for Bobby to jump ship to a more competitive ride. Maybe I am wrong. Maybe the resources are there just needed to get a crew chief to help Bobby. Maybe Doug is the guy. Maybe he can continue with this strong runs and make a run at the end of the year. I hoping for a top 15 points finish. It is still do able. If Bobby can finish the year strong then maybe I will feel better about PE next year. Still hoping for that win! Don't think it is too far fetch, especially now!

its not ever too far fetched to hope for anybody to win even the toyota's.labonte has a lot of momentum going to next week and i wouldnt be surprised if he has another top ten finish next week as well.

It has been great to see him do well the last two weeks! And to be at Bristol and see him fighting Kahne for the lead was worth the 500 miles ride!

I would bet you at that moment everyone in the stands were pulling for Bobby. I know I was just to lead a couple of laps if nothing else.

Yep! Just to get the lead would have been great! Seemd he was at his best during the first 200 laps, but he stayed up near the front all day!

I really hope this crew chief is the key. He has shown that he can still run up front, with the right car.

Last year it seemed that Bobby and Andrews were gelling, but this year has been disappointing.

These last two races have been awesome!! I hope he finishes out the season with some top 5's

I think I've been one of the most vocal critic of PE for the last several years. Now I find that the only thing that can help PE is for Kyle to retire and run the business end of the team, and leave Robby alone. There has over the last several years been quite a difference between the drivers of the 43, 44, and 45 teams. Does any one here remember Buckshot, John, and Jeff. All three finished their seasons better than Kyle. As I've said before and I'll say again. Kyle must retire for PE to get to the top again.

I think if they can get Bobby running well, that will help get another good driver in that car. I agree that for the driving, Kyle is done, has been since about 92, but he does make a good spokesman, and unless that car can run for a title, which it can't, that is all he is there for.

They have made some strides with Bobby and Robbie Loomis there, I hope it can continue to get better!
