| Re: Harvick Calls Teresa Earnhardt A Deadbeat Owner Maybe Teresa just realizes that her strong point of the company is in the behind the scene operations and business dealings. What would be the point of her hanging around the garage if she's not a mechanic. Obviously Childress, etc. were mechanics and built cars. If she is a good business woman she has hired the people she can depend on to be the mechanical brains. She probably knows as much about cars as George Steinbreiner knows about baseball or Dan Snyder knows about football. |

Wardfan, I take it that you don't know that Teresa was raised up in racing (maybe you do)? Her father, her uncle and 2 cousins raced (who are they?). Also, DE gave Teresa credit for her business sense and having all they had and built. |

| Re: Harvick Calls Teresa Earnhardt A Deadbeat Owner OK. here is yet another hair-brained idea as to why Kevie-Baby and Jeffy-Pooh are so vocal in their assessment of the ongoing Junior/Evil Step Mother soap opera: If Junior is in a proper frame of mind, his moon is in the seventh house and Jupiter is aligned with Mars, and he isn't distracted by things other than racing, he is a threat for a high finish in the Playoff. Ergo, IF his competitors are able to stir the pot a bit, create some hate and discontent within the world of DEI, maybe Earnhardt Minor will be one less competitor to worry about in the final ten weeks? Just another angle to think about...

| Re: Harvick Calls Teresa Earnhardt A Deadbeat Owner ThatsRacin.com | 01/24/2007 | Dale Earnhardt Jr. steps up, defends his stepmother Another reason Harvick should have kept his nose out DEI's business. He didn't know why Teresa wasn't there. The fact that she could have been, as Dale said, taking care of things important to the family makes Harvick look like even more of an insensitive jacka$$. Dale hadn't been complaining that Tereasa wasn't there. He knew what was going on. Harvick didn't. I've always said, make sure you know what you're talking about before you open you mouth. |

| Re: Harvick Calls Teresa Earnhardt A Deadbeat Owner Oh certainly LSC. No way one of the Fox guys would pass up an opportunity to stir things up between the competitors. I would make some sort of wager that it comes from the Hollywood Hotel. |

| Re: Harvick Calls Teresa Earnhardt A Deadbeat Owner Those two...? Maybe Jeffie-Pooh but not Kevie. However, I bet you that both Richard and The Felon are both devious enough to try something like that. (I hate to even mention Richard Childress in the same sentence. Sorry Richard, but getting a leg up on the competition IS the name of the game) |
