Re: Whats Your Favorite Tracks Ok I have been to Texas (very first race nice pile up on lap one), Saw Jeff Burton win in the rain at Darlington, Been to the July Pocono race the past 7 years (can't beat our seats, on top of the camper last spot trackside outside turn 3), Watkins Glen every year but two since they started, And Dover June race the past two years (by far the best track I have watched a race at). I would...and will make it to Bristol someday. But any race I am at...that is my favorite.

Re: Whats Your Favorite Tracks Wow, YCSOK9, you've been to a lot of races. Welcome to GoTeamsGo. I hope to make it to my first one this year. I love the road courses on tv, but are they fun to watch at the track vs. ovals? Smoke842

Re: Whats Your Favorite Tracks Smoke Watkins Glen is getting better to watch. They added higher grandstands on the frontstrecth which enable you to see turns 10/11/1 the esses and some of the back stretch if you are near the top. TV is the best way to watch the road course though (we have the best of both worlds, a TV in the camper, which is right along side the track). Watkins will always be my favorite track, my 1st race plus it's only 30 minutes from home!! I work at the track on Fri/Sat nights.

Re: Whats Your Favorite Tracks YCSOK9, how cool to have a track so close. What do you do at the track? I live in Portland Oregon and they have been talking about a track different places in the northwest for a few years but I won't believe it until there is an actual race scheduled.

Re: Whats Your Favorite Tracks SMOKE I am a K9 deputy. So I get to experience both sides of the race weekend. When I'm working Fri/Sat and when I am playing Dover in June(10 tickets turn 4, 6 rows from the top), Pocono in July and Sundays race at The Glen. Seeing I have been on both sides of that fence I can relate very well with the race fans that are there. Some latitude has to given to the fans because I know how much $ they have spent for their weekend.

Re: Whats Your Favorite Tracks I've been to Charlotte and N.H. They both offer a differnt type of race as do most of the other tracks. I'm not a big fan of the road courses and I don't like restrictor plates so those tracks, while they are great tracks, are out. When at Charlotte I had the nasty job of watching the race from a corporate booth. The free food and beer was just terrible. No one should be forced to watch a race under those conditions.

Re: Whats Your Favorite Tracks I've been to Talladega and Indy, would love to go to Bristol. indy is pretty awesome, it was my son's first race and I will never forget the sea of humanity, or the awestruck look on his face
