I see what both of you are saying. NASCAR doesn't have a history of policing everyone fairly. I do agree that NASCAR seems to have their financial interest in most of the decisions regarding discipline. Which for the fans really sucks.

With all of that being said, not every fight or threat or whatever is the same. Rules infractions should be black and white no grey area. Drivers letting their emotions get the better of them isn't. I have no control of what NASCAR has done in the past and unless a ton of money is thrown in my lap soon, I wont have control of their future decisions. I'm merely stating what I believe the best route to go is regarding the issue at hand.
