Speaking of The Chosen, the NA__AR shills all say it's working great? I cut this from our boy, Jayski: Unofficial Full-time Rides by Manufacturer 47 Full Time Teams...???? Chevy: 15 Teams 01,07,1,4,5,8,15,24,29,31,48,66,70,78,88 Dodge: 12 Teams - 2,9,10,12,19,40,41,42,43,45,49,77 Ford: 9 Teams - 6,7,16,17,21,26,28,38,99 Toyota: 11 Teams - 00,11,18,20,22,27,44,55,83,84,96 Wasn't it just two years ago that the pre-season roster counted something like 51 or 52 teams? Wasn't it just last year that the pre-season team count was 49? Jayski counts 47 teams (sure seems like NA__AR's Chosen Rule is a real competitor builder, doesn't it?). In looking at the list, the #49 team is in financial straits. The #4 makes few races and has lost its sponsor, how much longer will Morgan-McClure keep its doors open? The #'s 66 and 70 are under de facto ownership while it's founder is down. Their major sponsors are moving on...? The #00 has lost sponsorship and will either have some rookie trying to put the car in the field or just dry up when David moves on to UPS. I'd say the mega-team concept and The Chosen Rule might not be putting the stake through NASCAR (remembering the former racing sanctioning body, not the new NA__AR), but it's sure shoving garlic down its throat.
