| NASCAR on SIRIUS I hate to give up my XM but there are three good reasons why I'm going to SIRIUS 1: SIRIUS will cover live all CUP, BGN and CTS races. They will cover the Cup qulifications. 2. Clare B. Lang is staying on XM and not coming over to SIRIUS. and... 3. The following: David Poole and Marty Snider to Host Sirius Radio Show: NASCAR beat reporter and columnist David Poole and veteran broadcaster Marty Snider will host a daily talk show, SIRIUS NASCAR Radio's The Morning Drive, exclusively on SIRIUS. Starting January 1, The Morning Drive will air every weekday morning from 7:00-11:00 AM ET exclusively on SIRIUS NASCAR Radio / channel 128, the new 24/7 year-round radio channel dedicated to NASCAR. Snider and Poole will delve into NASCAR's latest news and rumors, interview prominent guests, and take calls from listeners.(Sirius PR)(12-13-2006) Marty is a bit of a Kool-Aid drinker but David has a habit of telling it like it is.

| Re: NASCAR on SIRIUS My own little personal protest against putting fans in a position where they will have to pay to viewmore and more of the audio and video is to NOT feed the $ gluttons. Much of the "flood" of "pay per" being seen lately is a testing of the waters. If the fish bite it will slowly become the only pond in town. And NASCAR pretty much owns the pond we discuss here. Unfortunately I expect it will become somewhat lonely on the/my island. Probably drive me increasingly to what a number of the Cup drivers already know. Local tracks is where some of the old school is still in session. |

Since I travel quite ab it, I'd be lost without sat. radio; I can get the same stations, in digital quality, everywhere I go. For someone who never ventures far from home, I don't see it as anything but a luxary. But for people who travel, I feel it is, in my mind, a necessity. |

| Re: NASCAR on SIRIUS Point well taken Bob. I guess I was only looking at it from my perspective of the at home viewer. After all, we can all justify whatever we feel is right for each of us even if the rest see it as that luxury. If I were on the road a lot I'd probably see it as a necessity. BUT .... at home I will not pay the cable company even more money to watch clones.

| Re: NASCAR on SIRIUS I guess I am just TOO 'old school'. I didn't get my first computer until '01 or '02. I just got my first cell phone a few months ago. But I just flat-out refuse to pay for RADIO. |

| Re: NASCAR on SIRIUS You can get a SIRIUS radio for less than $60 and it's around $12/mo charge. OFF TOPIC ALERT: You once stated that you were in the travel industry? If you give me the OK to give you a private message, I'll give you a critique on the cruise we took the first part of this month. I'll give you my impression of the cruise, the ports we hit and the ship. Sorry Ross and LSC. I don't privately contact female members unless I see prior approval. |

| Re: NASCAR on SIRIUS Two years ago, I hated the regular radio because I was soo annoyed by all the commercials. With sirius, there are no commercials and that is just heaven to me I can't wait for the in car audio to listen to drivers! |
