Re: 2006 Telcel Motorola Mexico 200 I checked out the entry list and I don't see Truex's name, but Harvick's is and he ran 2nd last year. Plus you have the local "specialists" trying out, I'll predict after they qualify. It looks like quite a few entries for this race. Not as many Cup guys qualifying as I thought there might be, since they are "off" this weekend.

Re: 2006 Telcel Motorola Mexico 200 Ladies and gents, your winner is 25-year-old rookie Denny Hamlin. It was his first Busch Series win, although he took the Budweiser Shootout back on February 12. He beat Boris Said by 1.53 seconds, and afterwards Said told reporters, "Denny Hamlin's the real deal." So, what did you think of Hamlin's victory in the 2006 Telcel Motorola Mexico 200?

Re: 2006 Telcel Motorola Mexico 200 I'm glad it was Denny Hamlin that won the race. I get tired of the "road-course ringers" that run in only two-three races a year. I feel if they want to race in NASCAR, then they should run at least a partial schedule that includes some speedway and possibly both short-track races!

Re: 2006 Telcel Motorola Mexico 200 GOOD JOB, HAMLIN! I was going to go with Said or Harvick, I missed the race

So I think getting the road course ringers on the oval might be more up to the team owners than the drivers themselves. |
