Hey guys, I'm new. I'm a Harvick fan. I'd like to know what you guys think. Is going to stay with RCR? Should he? Do you guys think he's talented enough to win championships. If he were racing for Roush would he be in the top spots? I blame his fail to make the chase on subpar equipment. Am I right or am I living in my own little dream world? I value an honest opinion.

I haven't followed the Harvick situation closely, so I'll defer to a more experienced source, namely Lee Spencer of the Sporting News, who has this to say in the a recent report: "Last season's crew lacked the determination to contend for the Chase, especially after crew chief Todd Berrier was suspended for four races. 'Happy' says the team made too many mistakes in the past and needs to capitalize on opportunities to produce more consistent numbers. Short tracks always have been Harvick's strength, but on the intermediate tracks he has struggled lately. He will have to concentrate to contend for the Chase and not get sidetracked by what the future holds. If the team senses a move to Toyota is imminent, Harvick will lose its loyalty and a shot at the Chase."

I really have high hopes for Harvick. I have been a fan since he took over the car. I would like to at least see him make to the top 10 this year. Baby steps
