O.K., so here comes COT. I can visit both sides of the reason why vs the reason why not. Can even be "anti" or "pro" from either side.

Forgetting the pros and cons, there are a number of questions I have around the vehicle, its implementation, etc.

I'm lookin' to learn.

Question #1 for me is: Who builds 'em? Will there be some number of "manufacturers" from which all teams acquire vehicles, or will all teams be given strict and detailed build schematics / specifications and they build their own? I flat don't know.
