I see Jayski still has Pennzoil as an associate sponser of the Roush cars. With Shell (who owns Pennzoil) going to RCR, wouldn't they be leaving Roush? This would make another sponser who has followed Burton, SKF and Lenox tools to name a couple. I haven't heard any reports about this?

I don't think Shell/Pennzoil will still be on the Rousch cars. It is possible I suppose.

I also don't think this is a case of a sponsor following Jeff Burton away from Rousch. Shell was ready to come back to the big series, didn't have to commit a full year to anyone because Harvick and RCR needed a sponsor part time. That's all it was, IMHO.

Pirate, Shell is back as the PRIMARY sponsor for RCR, for multi years. Goodwrench (as well as Delco) are downsizing considerably. Goodwrench will be primary for only two races in 2007. Now, I agree it may not be Burton, its probably more Roush. Why can't this guy land a top shelf sponser? As a Burton fan, it was frustrating to see Gibbs get Fedex for a rookie driver in 2004, while the 99 stood unsponsered.
