Apologies to any who find this aspect of the sport to be boring.

For those who enjoy pondering the challenges and considerations of adjusting a car to gain performance on the track via adjustments to elements other than the engine, check out the following site.

As a start go to: "Handling"

then

"Weight Transfer"

While "Road Racing" is in title, much content is applicable transferable to alternate styles of competition.

There are similar sites to be found for sure. This is one of the more complete and is relatively easy to read.
