Wishful Thinking

Some guys I work with were talking about some scenarios they might like to see Sunday. Like Vickers saying "To heck with it" and taking both Jeffy & JJ out in the first lap. Or JJ winning only to be caught with several illegal 'adjustments' to his car and disqualified. Anybody got any others?

Re: Wishful Thinking

Seeing JJ smack the wall would make my day........and it wouldn't matter who does it. I like him even less than Gordo, and thats pretty bad.

Re: Wishful Thinking

I like to see clean hard side by side racing all day

like dover when burton won, and a finish like darlington with bush and craven.

you know even though I am a harvick fan I would mind seeing denny hamlin win it with being a rookie....that'd be cool!

Re: Wishful Thinking

Truely wishful thinking would be Bobby Labonte winning the race and giving Petty Ent. a lift they could really use.

Re: Wishful Thinking

As long as we're all being idiotic, how about all 43 cars crash and no one finishes leaving the drivers to have to roller skate around the track for one lap creating the craziest match of roller derby anyone's ever seen.

Re: Wishful Thinking

It's a pretty good guess that we will be watching only 1 car in the race Sunday because the camera will do NOTHING except follow JJ all day. So hopefully he will get crashed out or blow an engine early. Then we might get to actually get to see other cars run. But on second thought if he does crash the TV camera's will probably be focused on the garage to watch the crew work on the car. I look for this to be a very BORING broadcast.

I can give an example of something I wish (no, that's not stong enough; I PRAY) never happens. Mikey is in roughly the same position that Jimmy is in this season, and FOX, with the two Village Idiots, having the telecast. That would undoubtly qualify for Racing's Most Embarrassing TV Moment!
