Ross will let you know when you are "eligible". I really dont know how long you have to be a member or how many posts you have to have before you can get one. He pm'd me and told me, I have made it to the next level.

But, I see you have been here longer than I have, so maybe its post count.

I try to send out a message once in a while but there's so many things going on to run the forum, it's not easy to keep up. So it's usually when people read the info & message me. or when they post a question like this. Either way is good as long as it works
