It's nice to see my boy Bowyer finish in the top 10. I would think the 07 team would be a contender for the chase next year.

Congrats to JJ and the 48 team. A great year for HMS with 3 cars in the chase and the fourth team got a win too.

Excellent Bowyer fans. Maybe I was being a bit hasty in calling the 07 a contender for the cup. I would be thrilled if he'd win a race or two next year. Either way I am excited about the 2007 season and can't wait for it to start.

Well, even if Bowyer isn't a contender for the cup, he might do as well or better than he did in the Busch series. Though seeing him make the chase next year would definitely not hurt my feelings any.

It was cool seeing him get a top 10 on Sunday, and taking 3rd in points for the Busch series.
