Exactly!!!! Gilliland needs some seat time and some exposure to all the tracks. I think it was a good idea to give up the "ROY" for next year, and get some experience for the upcoming year.

I agree. The only thing for this year is I think he is trying a little to hard. He could better serve himself and the team if he would just go out and ride around the track just to get used to the equipment and to have time to solidify the team itself as far as being able to work together and to understand what each of them needs. They'll get there and then you can say "SEE ... I told you so !!!"
