It's 2016

Okay so the year is now 2016. Everyone that is here today have made an additional 10,000 posts to the NASCAR forum, most of which were done with the internal body computers that we all have. Ross has become a billionaire because of GTG. He is now rivaling Bill Gates on the Fortune 500 list.

Here is the question for you to ponder. Of the 50 +/- drivers out there today who is still driving? Who are the media ggod guys? Bad guys ? Most wins? Most championships? What manufacturers are still in NASCAR and who are the new ones? Along with that what else will NASCAR look like ??

Have fun !!

I don't think you can fit an engine and a driver in one

You don't have to wait until 2016 for that. Just wait until the first race with COT.

Why not? Just put a Porsche logo on a NASCARmobile, have one of the engine sub-contractors cast another engine block just slightly different from all the others, and <presto!>. A new brand of NASCARMobile.

I can also envision Kia, Harley Davidson, Whirlpool, and even Hot Wheels entering into the NASCAR Mfg.'s Championship Series.

But, I AM NOT cynical!

Hot Wheels would only be ok if they would run "redwalls" on their tires like the toys I had in the 70's.

Re: It's 2016

OK, I'll play

Drivers: No way to tell, but I think almost every driver now over the age of 34 will be history

Media Good Guys: It'll change Many will have their turn in the barrel.

Bad Guys: See above

Most Wins: Jeffie-Pooh, but Richard's record will remain uncontested

Most Championships: Tie... Either Jeffie/Stewart or Jeffie/Kahne

Manufacturers still in Na$car: The NASCARmobile will reign supreme

New Manufacturers: Kia, Nissan, Honda, possibly Boeing, Harley Davidson and maybe Tonka

Na$car will look like a bunch of $#@$@^! (quote from Quality88 )

I can't improve on perfection, as noted above.
